I was very happy with the whole process from Precision, from the lady who took my initial call to set up my appointment and then the technician, Orlando who did an excellent job explaining all the options and walking me through the process to repair my garage door. I’m very happy I chose Precision to do this work! I hope I don’t have any issues for a long time but the next time I do, I will most definitely call Precision.

I really appreciate the rapid response. Austin was very pleasant and quickly figured out what my problem was. He showed me the pictures of my issue and clearly explained my options. He exerted no pressure and showed me completely what the costs would be. From the time he arrived until he was done, it took about 1-1,2 hours. He demonstrated everything i needed to know. Quite impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

After 26 years, we finally decided that we wanted to replace and upgrade our garage doors and openers. We got several different quotes for what we were looking for. We chose Precision Garage Door because they were offering the products we were looking for, at the best value. There was actually an authorized dealer, that had no clue that Genie even offered a "jack mount" opener, but would install one (at an additional $250 cost, if we purchased it off Amazon! While I know I paid more for essentially the same thing that I could have purchased off Amazon, I knew that the dealer would professionally install, support, and back the units that I purchased through them! I was unable to be home for the entire installation, so I was unable to get both openers synced to the Aladdin App before I had to leave. And when I returned, there was an issue with getting the second door connected to the app. With one call to Precision Garage Door, they had a technician scheduled to come out today to get everything working to my satisfaction! And they did! I love the new garage doors and the new jack mount openers! They're so quiet and with the intelligence of the app,I feel safe that I can control and monitor my garage doors whenever and where ever I need!

Everyone I dealt with in the office and in the field was friendly, timely, professional and customer-focused and went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I have found my garage door service company. I called with a broken spring, and Owen came out the same day. After a little, no-pressure discussion, I decided to replace the my whole door. Soon after, Mike came out and installed the door. He was very professional and did a great job. I had some concrete work done, and Austin came out to re-adjust the door. Service went well. Work was done in a timely manner. The technician was knowledgeable and able to describe things well. Dropping down to 3 stars due to scheduling. I was told 12-3 pm was my window. I took a half day off work. I got a call that would not be there till closer to 4. Had I known this I would have work a full day and saved pto. Scheduling windows seem to not be held.

Our repairman was prompt, courteous and efficient. The original door parts had a limited life expectancy and were replaced with better quality parts. I was grateful that he came out in the evening since the door was not closing properly and would have been open all night.

Service tech arrived promptly within the time the company said he would be there, and the installation was done within his stated time frame. There were no parts left behind for us to clean up, service tech very nice, answered every question I asked with no "surprise" charges. A very well-done job. I had damaged my garage door backing my care out and was really wondering if I was going to be able to avoid having to purchase a new door. Austin came out (on a Sunday, no less) and worked a miracle. Door was fixed, looks great and works fantastic.
