Just had garage door put in about 2 hours ago and the large garage door won't close. Sensor lights aren't even on. Called to get someone to come back out to fix it and they said they couldn't get anyone out until tomorrow. Paid almost $1100 to have this work done and they won't send anyone back out. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

They had my garage door repaired in less than 2 hours. James my technician called first and said he could come an hour earlier. ( That's unheard of ) I'm very pleased with the cable and spring installation. It was very clear to me that the owners of this company have a lot of pride in the way they have structured the way they do business.

Andrew and Kevin (who is a trainee) arrived ontime and immediately put us at ease with their professionalism and approach to our problem. I explained our door issue and Andrew said they would assess the equipment and advise us of their recommendation. Andrew was spot-on with his assessment and fully explained our options. We ended up with new springs, cables and pulleys to fix our door, which has never been quieter than it is now. All at a very reasonable price (which ended up being less than what we were quoted at the beginning of the service call. I can't stress enough their professionalism and attention to detail. This was our 2nd interaction with Precision over the years and it keeps getting better!

James did a great job servicing our garage door with new springs, rollers, cables, etc. and also providing and programming 2 new openers and a new exterior key pad. No pressure to purchase anything - in fact he tried to repair our old key pad and openers first. He was on time, professional and did a great job on everything.

We had work done from there before. I couldn't get out of the garage because the opener wouldn't work, Vladimir worked and worked on it but I finally ask for a new one so he deserves 5 stars and more the weather couldn't have been any worse and cold as an iceberg. He was as patient as he could be under the circumstances and knew what he was doing the way he went up and down the ladder carry heavy things was like he was a acrobat. He was very nice.

we have purchased service/ordered an item with a long lead time several times in the past 2-3 years and at no time did the estimated "do" date actually end up being"the" date. the gentleman called b4 arriving, was groomed and brought a sense of humor. He worked very efficiently. He had been sent with the wrong size channel and returned to his office to get the correct one. it was around the noon hour so we assumed it would be awhile til he got back to us. he was back promptly, obviously NOT having stoppled for lunch anywhere. he apologized profusely for the mix up and the delay. He was relatively young (at least he looked young to us old folks) yet had a work ethic one seldom sees from a "youngster". he was meticulous and left nothing for us to dispose of, question, or do. we couldn't have asked for a more seamless transaction and now we understand why the company is called precision. thank you

Service was fast friendly and on time. They give a 2 hour window when they will arrive and email a picture of the tech dispatched to your home. The tech gave an easy to understand explanation of what was wrong and how to fix it. Gave options from good to best and cleaned up before they left.
