I researched garage door companies this morning after my garage door refused to shut and the cable came off the drum. I was impressed by the number of positive reviews for Precision Garage Door Service, so I gave them a call. The phone was quickly answered by a very courteous and helpful woman named Brinley. The window for when you should expect the technician is only two hours. Much better than other service calls where you are given a 4 hour plus window. They also send you a text when the technician is on their way, and in addition to the technician’s name and a little information about them, they include a picture. What a nice touch! My technician was Jordan Clark, and he was equally courteous and helpful. He arrived at the time I was told he would be here, checked out the problem, told me what would be required to fix the problem, and gave me an estimate. He clearly explained what needed to be done and why, and quickly fixed the problem for me. He also gave me suggestions for things I could do to minimize the risk of this occurring again, and even asked if I had ice melt handy that he could spread to keep the door from freezing to the concrete again. If you are in need of garage door service, Jordan Clark and the team at Precision Garage Door Service definitely can resolve your problems quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

I called on a Saturday morning because the spring broke on our garage door. I was told it would be fixed today. Tech would be here between 12:00-2:00. Sam called me at about 12:30 and said he was on his way. Two hours later he had repaired everything and gone. Everything about this experience was beyond excellent. Would recommend their services!

My garage door spring broke. So I called precision to see if they could come out to look at it. I figured they would say it would be a day or two, but they were at my house in 25 min. I was very impressed with Colton. He had to climb over my truck and under a shelf to get to the broken garage door. He took great pride so he didn't scratch my truck. He quickly made me an estimate and had the door back working in about an hour. If you want fast service and a 5 year warranty call precision Farage Door. You will not be disappointed.

We went to Precision Door for emergency service in September of 2021. They responded quickly and repaired our door that same day. Based on that service e purchase a 2 year plan. In July of 2022 the door needed adjustment and Precision techs responded quickly and adjusted the door that day. Techs are neat and courteous.

My garage door broke a sprocket and the chain was hanging down. I had to run some errands but called Precision Door asking if they could come take a look at it today. It turned out that they were able to come over within 40 minutes of my call. That quick response along with a great knowledge of what needed to be done had my garage door fixed in a very short period of time. I was completely satisfied with the service and the work. We’re nice guys a little rambunctious knock her out get her done I have Apoxsee flooring in my garage added a nice new scratch i’ll get over it mostly what I am regretting is the cost Mark up is way too much and the total bill at the end was about 300 higher than the estimate all said and done garage door is working and sounds better than it ever has, Called the lifetime warranty opener I thought I was getting something top of the line but it is just a basic opener you could buy at Home Depot for $188 I probably have around seven into it with insulation

I was very pleased with how quickly Ryan could come. I was hoping to fix the door opener, but it was getting quite old so it was time for a replacement. We chose a Linear with a lifetime warranty which was not much more than a 5 yr warranty. Ryan did the job quickly and was knowledgeable and very friendly.

Our garage door suddenly stopped working in the up position today and the time was 4:55 pm. I googled garage door repair in Altoona to see if anyone was available to repair it today. Precision and a very courteous technician we’re at our house within an hour. Two hours later the garage door is repaired and working better than ever. I thought the service was reasonably priced, but I asked if they gave retired military discount anyway! They gave me 5% off which is very much appreciated.
