Precision was able to schedule our appointment to fix garage door the next morning after a spring shaft broke. The tech was professional and very knowledgeable, which is a huge plus. He did a great job and made sure the whole system was secure and no problems. The system now has a 10 year warranty which is great!

He did all the work in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the results. I haven't had a light in the garage for years and there's a lot less noise when the door opens and closes. Thank you so much.

Appreciated the FREE call. But he charged $98. for the noisy door (we hadn't noticed it) and just sprayed it - smelled like WD40. I could easily have done that - if he'd just told me what to do. Kind, respectful serviceman.

I called and they were at the house in less than an hour! Kyle replaced two springs and replaced all of my rollers on both doors while during everything else up on the system within an hour. He was very detailed on everything that he was doing and what I could do to maintain everything going forward.

Precision Garage Door fixed our very noisy glass garage doors. We are very satisfied with the workmanship. Technician Blake was excellent. The only thing I was somewhat disappointed was the amount of grease or oil on the glass panels afterwards. Since there are 16 glass panels on the large garage door, the oil splatter was pretty apparent when the sun shone through.
