We had a great experience with Precision Door. The estimate was given promptly, the price was good with what we felt was a lot of value, the doors were ready when they were supposed to be and the installer, Tom, showed up at the exact hour they said. Tom was awesome! Friendly, efficient, the man worked his head off, I could hear constant work going on. He installed two doors and openers, left no mess or trash at all, and made sure I knew how to work the remotes and keypads. He was very respectful of our privacy and security, turning his back and walking several steps away from me when I was keying in the security codes. Everyone we dealt with including Woody, Spencer, Tom & Jennifer were great and we love the quality of our new garage doors. In an age of declining customer service, it's pretty awesome to be totally happy with our purchase! Hooray!

The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were given clear options as to the solution and price options to fix our broken garage door. I liked being able to choose between "good, better, best" options that ranged from a basic fix to installing higher quality springs that would last longer. We will definitely call Precision again.
