Once I spoke to the person on the phone I knew I had made the right choice for my repair. Our door wasn't working at all and they sent a tech over quickly who after the diagnosis went over in detail exactly what it was going to take to get the issue resolved. They had the parts they needed on the truck and after replacing to springs, the rollers and the new garage door opener! I highy recommend them! Great service!!

Travis was a very knowledgeable technician about repairing the doors. But the spare parts prices were very high and the company had built the labor, profit and G&A and overheads in the prices. I paid $272 for a 20 minute job the spring was $109 and there are two sets for the slings I got one set and paid $100. The bent rod was not changed but is okay. Please check the spare parts prices before calling any company you can get the far cheaper buying from Lowes and Home depot
