I called for a simple service call.They scheduled the service call for the next day. Andrew the tech was very friendly and very informtive. He adjusted my safety beams and went above and beyond and lubricated my rollers and hinges. To my surprise he said it would be no charge. This is a great company. Teresa one of the owners and answers the phone is fantastic, very kind and helpful. I would recomend Precision Door to every one.

I am extremely pleased with their service. My garage door opener was 23 years old and had never been serviced. So of course it was giving me problems. Precision Door Service checked it out and got it working again. I was told that the repairs might not last long as some parts were in that 'iffy' stage. I chose to have it repaired rather than replaced. I recently had to purchase a new opener as parts are no longer available for the old one. The technician discussed the various options, explains the differences and additional benefits for each one. He installed the new equipment and very carefully explained how everything worked. There was no pressure to buy the more expensive options and their prices are very reasonable. The technician was very professional.
