We chose Precision because of the on-line reviews to have our garage door removed after I ran through it with the car. It had to be removed in order to move the car. Fran and Andrew not only quickly accomplished that task, but helped remove cinder blocks and other debris from around the car, and directed me in backing the car out. I cannot exaggerate how kind and helpful they were, not only in helping us physically get the car out, but in reassuring me that many people, not just old people, have this kind of accident. Andrew was my Technician and I have to say, I don't think I could have had any better service. I called yesterday afternoon about having someone come out to adjust the tension on my torsion springs that raise & lower the door and Andrew was at my house at 8AM today. He was extremely courteous and pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure everything with my door was in tip top shape. In addition to adjusting the tension of the springs properly, he completely serviced and lubricated the door hinges, rollers, and tracks. It now works better than it has the entire 35 years I've lived there. And the cherry on top was that the cost of the service was extremely reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased!

Precision Door Service was not the first company that I called. I actually sent an online inquiry and even left a message for the company that initially installed the garage door. Guess what? It's been 5 days and still no answer. Luckily, PDS came to the rescue less than 24 hrs after I inquired. Steve did a great job and was very personable. It's for these reasons that PDS' sticker is now on the garage door opener & my refrigerator. Thank you for the excellent service.
