I had both torsion springs fixed in April 2013. One broke in November 2017. Lucky for me they have a 5 year warranty. Precision was at my home within 1 business day fixing the broken spring with no questions asked. That's what I call great customer service. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He had the job completed within 30 minutes. Thanks again Will.
