This was the 3rd time we used Precision for garage issues. They are fast, friendly and efficient. The springs were replaced once before in June of 2013. I am very happy to get 10 years out of the springs and my garage door operates the way it is supposed to. Alex was great to work with and represents Precision well.

Spring broke early Sunday morning. Called later in the morning and they were out here that afternoon. One hour later new spring, bearings, new rollers and lubed up. Can't even hear the door opening now. Quick and efficient work, not to mention on a Sunday. Highly recommend.
