I called Precision on Friday afternoon and had my garage door opener replaced Saturday morning. Rick was at my house first thing Saturday, was very courteous and friendly. He was professional in discussing my problem and did not pressure me to choose a more expensive service than I could afford. He replaced my door opener promptly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the service I received. 5 stars to Precision and to Rick.
