We had used Precision Door at another house in another state, so decided to go back to them. Again, as the first time, service was very quick (next day), two very pleasant and knowledgeable men showed up. They provided several options, we picked the one we needed most immediately and they completed the work very quickly and efficiently. They gave us some restaurant suggestions, too! Very pleased with the service. Will call Precision again when needed and for regular maintenance.

The repair to my Garage Door was done this morning. No complaint about the service or the serviceman who changed 3 bearings and a pair of springs. The complaint I have is the price charged. I checked online the best pair of springs are available for $80 and each ball bearing is $12/each. So the total material cost $116. He spent hour and a half plus his travel time say total of two and a half hour. Max rate $75/hour, total comes out $303.50 against you guys charged $580. It i9s against fare buisness practice and I am considering escalating the complaint.

I really like my new garage doors. Looking forward to keeping some of the heat out with the insulated doors. I cannot say enough about my installation technician, Kevin, he called early to let me know when he would arrive. I was very impressed with his work ethic and his professional installation. He cleaned up after completing his work and took all the old doors and debris with him.

The technicians were very professional and still easy to talk to. They were extremely patient answering all of my questions. I felt they were very honest. I did not feel like they tried to sell me anything I didn't need. If I have problems In the future I will not hesitate to call again. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
