I called Precision garage door service to repair my old exterior garage door as it was falling apart. The guys Logan and Eric came out and quoted me a price to repair and or replace my garage door. Made appointment for Monday AM to have garage door repaired. Evidently, I had partially filled out a request for Home Advisor. Eric called a short time later and said he could be here at 8 AM on Saturday morning. Very prompt and courteous. In addition to repair, adjusted tension on spring, and lubricated spring and hinges. Very satisfied with work completed. Thank you, Eric!

I checked their website and that had good reviews. I called to check on installing an opener for my barn. Sent a man out the next morning. We talked about the different options. So I woke up on a Friday morning to discover my garage door wouldn't close. Couldn't figure it out myself, so I quickly looked online for a service that could possibly address it the same day. I thankfully discovered Precision Garage Door and called to schedule an appointment. It was easy, fast, and the person I spoke to was clear about the projected time and double checked my address and contact information. At the appointed time frame Eric and Austin called to give me a half hour notification they were on their way, and they arrived promptly and listened to the issue I was having. They quickly figured out it was a faulty sensor and were able to easily install new ones and fix my issue. It was a job I probably could have handled that night, but thankfully they were able to take care of it. Well worth the price, which was reasonable, and saved me a ton of headache on a day where I had too much going on to want to deal with it myself. Shout out to Eric and Ausitn, much appreciated!
