I contacted Precision Garage Door Service after finding them through Google. I had an issue with my garage door. They sent me a picture and bio of Logan who came to look at what needed to be done. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me several options. He said it would take about an hour and a half to complete the job. He was right. Before he left we tried the garage door and it worked. Ten minutes after he left I had more complications with it. I called the number at Precision. She told me I would have to wait until the next available date of service, three days later. Within 10 minutes Logan called me and asked what was going on, because he noticed my name was back on a service call. I explained it to him. He said I will be there in 10 minutes. He was. He took care of the problem and now the garage door works perfectly!

Great experience all around! We loved the ease of making the appointment online and Jarron contacting us when he was on the way. We discussed our needs with him and he quickly provided us two estimates/routes of repair (with zero pressure). He was courteous, thorough and obviously knows his stuff! I booked a service appointment online early on a Saturday morning and got a confirmed appointment for 10am-2pm. Around 10:30 Eric called and was at our door no more than 10 minutes later. By noon he had replaced the garage door spring and bearings along with two cables. He also applied lubricant where necessary and ensured remote door openers were correctly programmed. Before leaving he also inspected the condition and operation of the second door. A day later I am well pleased with the service we received.

I have recently had issues with my garage door and I get coupons in the mail and saw a coupon/ad for Precision and decided to give them a call. Precision saved the day when I had important plans to attend my granddaughter’s graduation In Lexington. Three hours before I was to leave town I discovered that my garage door would not open, even by hand!!! My car was stuck in the garage. I called Precision and they arrived in time to get the door up and me on my way! I had never used Precision Garage Doors before. The staff are very professional, courteous and polite and they certainly showed up on time. A couple days later they returned and replaced parts that I needed for my door to work properly. We contacted Precision Garage Door after a Google search for garage door repair in our area. We had no knowledge of them, but the reviews looked good. One of the springs broke on our door. The website was easy to use and booking an appointment was done in a few clicks. We got a text message with info on the tech (Logan) that was coming and he also called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was very professional and friendly. I asked him if he could price a new opener while he was there to look at the spring. He provided different quotes on the spot for the repair we requested initially, along with recommended repairs for longevity, and included one with the door opener. They were sent digitally and he made no attempt to pressure us either way. I thought it was a genuine “here is what you asked for” and “here’s what we can also do” to actually help, and not a sales pitch. It was a little after 5pm when we got the quotes and made a decision on the spot to go ahead with an all new installation. I completely expected to have to make another installation appointment but was shocked when he said he could go ahead and do everything… after 5, on a Friday evening. I had to clarify to make sure I heard him right. About 2 hours later we had a completely new installation and he took all the old and broken components. No trash for us at all. He was more than happy to let our two young kids watch and even answered their repetitive questions about what every little thing was. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with any company and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thank you!
