Hi Corey was great! He explained what the issue was with my garage and provided me with different options to get the issue resolved. I will definitely use them again. Not to mention, Corey provided great customer service. It's great to have people who still believe in providing great genuine customer service.

The technician that came to give me an estimate for my new overhead door was very courteous and knowledgeable about the job. He explained the entire job and how the process works. He was also punctual. I received my quote within minutes of his departure. There staff with all of their professionalism made the decision easy to choose them for my home project.

When my original garage door installer refused to come out and provide service because I was suddenly to far away (southern sweeps) I contacted Precision Door. Precision sent a tech out the next day. I can’t say enough positive things about Brandon. He was in the area early And came back. He did a very thorough job of explaining what I needed done after a garage door failure. He was able to get the door repaired and operational again. Will for sure be using precision door again when I’m ready to replace the door.
