Expectations: Truly wasn't expecting the the price cost of what needed to be repaired. 3... Problem was solved in a timely manner! 4... The two individuals were very courteous! 5... Helpful: N/A 6... The arrival time when the two individuals arrived at my home. (Quick response)

Originally when I made the appointment I was told Jacob would be coming to appointment when the technician called to say he was on his way he told me his name was Mark. He said they were reassigned but made me feel very comfortable. Not taking anything away from Jacob but I’m glad Mark was the technician for my call. He was very nice and knowledgeable of problem. He was very thorough when explaining how the springs work, usual life span, and gave preventive maintenance tips. He pointed out some very minor things with the garage door that he said he just couldn’t leave without pointing out. Mr Mark is a great asset to this company. Precision has definitely gained a new customer.
