From starting at the measurements to complete install I was kept up to date on what I was buying when the doors would be in and a call or email every week to keep me updated. The door’s actually came in a week earlier then expected. They installers were friendly and informed me of total operation. Whalen they left my garage was left just like it was when they got here A++. Good job

I called on Friday to report and problem and the on call technician tried to help me reset my code over the phone. He identified i needed a service call. The technician called and was able to arrive early and let me know he was on his way. He arrived and identified the issue and replaced the keypad in 5 minutes. He was super nice, very efficient, and the service call was reasonably priced . I highly recommend Precision and hope you would get Greg Dean as your technician (He was GREAT)

My garage door spring broke, and I couldn't open my garage door. I called Precision Garage Door around 9 am and they scheduled someone to come out within an hour or two. The technician, Greg, did a great job. Also, the price was reasonable.

The door is exactly what I ordered. The technician Jonah Morales arrived on time and he did excellent work. The door looks great, is beautifully installed and works very well. Jonah worked tirelessly and neatly. He cleaned up everything after he finished the job. He was carful to show me how to work the door and also how to care for it and how often to lubricate it. All the necessary parts were supplied and all the pieces of the old door were removed. The door and the installation more than met my expectations.
