After a major expense a year ago to correct pour maintenance from another venue the door worked much better. This year it required some maintenance which we were not charged for. The door is old and we realize it will need replacement in a couple of years. Precision Door will be our source.

One of my remote was not working anymore. I called you guys Saturday morning, received a call this morning to schedule a appointment. The Young Man came out very professional and polite to me. The spring on our garage door blew and we couldn’t get the garage door open or get our cars out. Kyle from Precision came out and did a great job putting on a new spring and hardware. In addition to great work he is also a very nice man. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Precision did an outstanding job on my door!!! They removed the old door, added some wood on the existing frame, and installed the new door. It looks awesome, and is so easy to open, close, and lock. I would recommend precision to anyone looking for a new garage door.

Mike and his team at Precision did a terrific job getting our 2 warehouse overhead doors ordered timely and installed professionally after hurricane Ida. They stay very busy and there is good reason for that, quality products and truly professional service technicians. We had an emergency with our garage door not opening and closing properly. I called the original company who did the installation and there was a three week wait. We could not wait this longer as the problem was a safety concern about access to our property. Precious came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and fixed everything (new motor, sensors, track etc.) within a couple of hours. The garage door is quiet and works great now and there is a five year warranty. We are very happy with their service and recommend them for your needs.

I only chose 5 stars because there's nothing higher. Technician was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. Repairs actually cost less than his original quote because different method was used...I'll never use anyone else ..to work on my garage door
