The technician (David) arrived 40 minutes early (a good thing). He openly heard all my concerns. David performed an in-depth assessment of my garage door/opener system and concluded that the springs needed additional tensioning. After adjusting the springs, he reset the up/down travel and verified the complete system was functioning properly, along with addressing all my other concerns. David is very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, meticulous, and friendly. He was very deliberate in his layman style explanations, making sure he was clear, and that I fully understood. David respected me and my property and truly valued me as a customer.

Precision is listed in local yellow pages. Other listed company would not allow me to leave a message, just gave instructions to call back.So, I called Precision. Very glad that I did. They were quick to respond and fixed my door problem very quickly. Left garage area very clean and hauled away all debris. Door works smoothly and quietly now.

Greg was courteous, on time, called before he came with an accurate arrival time. Things are tight right now so I was worried it would be something simple and the company would charge me for things that didn't need to be done but he was honest. I didn't realize the door was locked! We just moved here 6 months ago and of those 6 months my husband was in the hospital for almost 4 of those months. I had called a different company before calling precision doors, the owner was extremely rude. I'm so glad I called Precision doors and will use them for any garage door needs that arise. I loved that you sent an email with who is coming and included his picture. The tech called and let me know that he would be there within the next 30 minutes which was very nice. He showed me all the things wrong with my door and gave me many options on how to repair it. He worked very fast. I will call them first next time I need help with my garage door

Technician installed different springs than was installed which caused my door to not close 100 percent as it did before. Unfortunately there is no closing distance setting on my garage door opener. The tech came back and tried to get more money ($200) to change the seal. Nah. I dont recommend.

Wow!!!! It’s Saturday-the day after Christmas and I decided to at least attempt to call and schedule service for my garage. To my utter surprise not only did they agree to help me but Jonah arrived this morning shortly after my call. He was very professional, thorough, explained all of our options and we felt no pressure to go in any particular direction. Once we agreed to the service he promptly began the job! He was great! Upon completion he reviewed everything with us, programmed remotes, keypads as well as car home link. For a holiday weekend we couldn’t have ever expected such great service. Would definitely recommend Precision Door and will call for any future needs.
