I can’t speak highly enough about the service I received from Precision. I called on the Sunday after Christmas and was able to schedule an appointment for repairs right after the holidays. Keith was great! He explained everything, was very knowledgeable and fixed my door in a matter of minutes.

I first want to say that I really liked the technician, Mr. Francisco. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He looked at the job and completed it in about 45 minutes all in the same visit. He explained what he would be doing and answered all of my questions. I give him five starts. I'm giving the company three stars, however, because Precision charged me $150 each for torsion springs that I later discovered I could buy at Home Depot for about $40. I understand that every service provider is going to mark-up the price of parts, but that kind of price increase is simply outrageous. So instead of a simple job that should have cost about $300, it cost me over $600 for 45 minutes of actual labor. Clearly, this company counts on the ignorance of its customers, who generally don't know a torsion spring from a hole in the wall. I will not be using them in the future.

Estimate for replacing one cable and adding safety cables to extension springs ridiculously high. I got the work done competently by another company for 1/3 of Precision’s estimate.

"The Precision Team" is not an idle boast! Our door opener broke Sunday morning and by Sunday evening, our installation technician, Keith C, had a new one installed and operating. He provided us with the best options for our particular situation and after installation, he ensured we understood the functions, operations, registration process, and warranty. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of a new or replacement unit.
