Review:

We have just begun the process. So far, Precision door communication is excellent. They sent reminders and our tech , mike , called 10 minutes before he arrived He arrived at 8am as scheduled. He patiently answered all of our questions and helped us to determine the best door and motor replacement. Our door is 30 years old. In addition he listened to our concerns and wishes and helped stay on budget. I will update this review during the install and when the work is done.
