Review:

Service tech Dylan fixed our garage door, originally installed by Precision over 8 years ago. He explained everything he did, which, as a retired engineer, I appreciated. He adjusted the spring tension and the limits on the opener, and lubricated all the rollers and hinges. He explained the safety features of the opener, and how it signals where a problem might lie. He left the door operating much more smoothly and more quietly than before. I'd be happy to recommend Precision for any garage door work.

I recently had precision door to replace one broken string of my garage door. I did not look at the string carefully and I thought they charged me the price for both springs but only replace the broken one. I called them and they responded immediately - it turned out that they did replace both springs. I think they are very responsible.
