Review:

Precision installed 2 newly purchased doors on our new construction garage. They came out more than once to ensure all measurements were accurate as we finished construction. They were understanding of delays and they were informative and polite. The doors are so quiet, the install was quick, they showed up on time, and we couldn't be happier with the service and the quality.

Booked an appointment late Saturday afternoon for Monday morning. Very friendly service, no problem. Received confirmation via text when the appraiser, Scott was on his way. Scott was a pleasure to meet...Professional, Courteous, and Knowledgeable. He was able to provide a quote on the spot and we were able to commit. Looking forward to the new residential garage door and opener installation to begin just after the holiday.

Review:

Our garage door opener circuit board stopped working, also, we needed new rollers and a pulley for our garage door. Mike Maghakian the technician was prompt, efficient, and personable. He explained our options, what was involved, and made helpful recommendations that seemed reasonable. Once the choices were made, Mike was very efficient in his work, and finished the job quickly. Very good all around customer service experience.
