Review:

Just called for an estimate and was charged $110 for a tech to come out to take a look. Felt misled. On the phone vaguely mentioned the charge but sounded like if I got anything fixed I would be charged. Not just for an estimate. Should have been spelled out crystal clear from the beginning. Everybody else is giving free estimates. I’ll never call or use Precision Door Service due to this experience. Not a cool way to do business. (Below this section I have to choose services performed but there was absolutely no service performed)

We are very sorry that you did not have the experience you expected. We make every effort to make sure that our customers are taken care of at the level we promise and the level they expect. I reviewed your phone call and would like to point out that our customer service representative was very specific about the service call fee. After he explained the fee and what it covered you said okay -- which we can only assume means that you understood. Also, you specifically stated that you wanted the hardware on all 3 of your doors replaced, but never stated that you only wanted an estimate. We always try to work with our customers and would be happy to do so with you. If you'd like to call the office we'd be happy to discuss your service call and try to come up with a resolution to try to make you feel better about your experience.
