Review:

It was time to replace our aging, 35 year old, garage doors, and updating them with doors that would be both more durable in the long run and better at keeping the hot and cold out of the garage. We were visited by Mike a few months ago to help us choose the best product for our needs. Mike was really helpful in finding just what we needed/wanted for our application, and he got the doors ordered. When they arrived, an appointment was made for the installation. The appointment was for yesterday morning at 8:00. Just before 8:00 the Precision truck showed up carrying our new doors, new tracks, and new mechanisms to raise/lower the doors. The truck also carried one more important ingredient, Rob the installation technician. Rob went over the details with me to make sure everything was being done to our specifications. His philosophy being, check the details twice, do the installation right the first time. By about 12:30, Rob was done with the installation, and we went over all the details for the new doors and the new whisper silent openers. By about 1:00, Rob was on his way to the next job, and we are very happy with the installation went, and our beautiful new doors.

Mike was very knowledgeable and with a phone call before he arrived was as Curtis as i would be, i was late to meet with him. He was very descriptive about products and i know exactly what will be installed and when. I would recommend precision to friends
