Jacob was very prompt and knowledgeable from start to finish. I needed to replace an older garage door system (2) and was given an explanation of services and products. Quick response to an emergency call late in the day. Jacob was here BEFORE timeline promised. Very impressive. Service also excellent. He completely rewired a garage door and thoroughly cleaned up after job was done. Also very personable. We would contact Precision again if needed.
