Chose Precision because I had used them previously and had a good experience. This time, Precision didn't meet my expectations. I rate the service as a 2. The problem was intermittent (opener would not work occasionally), but enough to have the issue looked at. I was expecting the opener could be fixed. However, the service technician couldn't determine the issue even after I explained it thoroughly. This was frustrating and resulted in my purchase of a new opener. Adding to this frustration was the fact that the technician thought my keyless entry pad would be compatible as it was also for a Liftmaster. However, he couldn't get the keyless entry pad to work and said I'd have to purchase one of these as well. So I then had to spend another $30 for a new keyless entry. To top it off, there were nuts and bolts left on my garage floor and driveway. I had to pick these up to avoid a flat tire on my vehicles. Not the best of service.

Very impressed! Three hours after we called in our problem on a Saturday, the serviceman was out assessing the garage door. Given a 12-2 time frame, he arrived promptly at 12 noon. After discussing the problem and making recommendations and giving an estimate, he was at work. In an hour the job was done. We so appreciated Eli’s professionalism from the text and phone call indicating he was on the way. We received the email receipt of the transaction before he left. Thank you for a job well done!

I honestly don't know if I could be happier with the service. I had Precision out to tune up my 35-year-old garage. It seriously needed some TLC and Ryan did just that. He was on time, totally professional, and an absolute delight to work with. I know I will need a new garage door soon. Ryan showed me what they had and gave me an estimate on the price. That was it. No pressure at all!! I like that. I would definitely recommend Precision and I plan on using them again.
