Your quick response to my email, your customer service representative who lined up the appointment, all the way to the service technician, Tommy Mitchell! Personable, efficient, and reasonably priced for my needs. Tommy communicated with me throughout the entire process, giving me several quotes for equipment, yet not playing the pressure game. He had the replacement parts I needed on his truck and was ready to start the job as soon as I gave him the go-ahead! I could not have been more pleased with the entire process. The text and location update was very nice. Service technician was very polite. Did not waste time , went straight to job. Discussed options for repair and different cost. Would be nice to have quotes in hand. No print out, no email with quotes.

The Precision Door team is by far the best. For the past 2 years, I had been dealing with a garage door I knew had a problem. The original installer, a well known overhead garage door installer on the MS Gulf Coast, sent a crew out for a service call and all they did was spray WD40 on everything and send me a bill. I finally decided to use Angie’s list to find another garage door company. Precision Doors kept coming up as the best rated company so I scheduled a service. The crew that showed up was very professional and certainly knew what they were doing. As it turned out, the original installer used the wrong spring for the door which is probably why I had to replace the opener last year. I ended up getting a new door package that is incredible, professionally installed, and a good value for the price. Having lived with an improperly installed garage door for the previous 7 years, I had no idea a garage door could open so smoothly and quiet. Kudos to the Precision Door team, they’re the only garage door company you should do business with for your garage door needs.

Overall, a very good experience with your company. The technician (Chris) arrived at 11:10am in the 11 to 1pm window that was given to me.
