I was having issues with my garage door not staying down. The tech that came out was Chris Brown. He was very polite and informative. He did a great job fixing the door and explaining ways to keep the maintenance up on it. I would call him again if I have any other problems or want an upgrade. Thank you for the great work.

I called on a Tuesday because my garage door quit working. On Thursday afternoon my tech Antonio Gilchrist came to my house at the time that I was told. He called before coming and I got an introductory text with a picture and a few words about his personal life and his career. This young man was personable, professional and knowledgeable in his work. It was a pleasure having him service my garage door. He came with all that was needed to do my repair that same day. door would hesitate in opening, start to go down and stop from inside button, light on opener motor would blink when this would happen. Also had a roller on left side of door that would make a loud popping noise. door would not malfunction and tech adjusted a roller

I would like to bring to you attention the excellent service I just received from one of your employee's, a very nice young man by the name of Kirby. He was early, clean, well spoken, very nice and very knowledgeable of the equipment. He explained everything to me and took the time to not only fix the problem in a timely manner but also pointed out possible future maintenance that may come up while lubricating the rollers. It's a shame most people in the blue collar work force do not have his character or personality. I will surely keep Precision Doors in my phone index for future reference
