Awesome service. Technician called right at the beginning of the time window given; was prompt, courteous, and professional. Isaiah Sellers was our technician. He called, arrived right on time, went over the issue with him, and he got right to work. Resolved our issue very quickly and even fine tuned our door for us. Can't say enough on how this is a dependable, professional company from our experience and if we have any issues in the future we will be using Precision again. Dylan did a great job. He listened to me about the problem that 3 other techs did not fix. He found a bent brace and replaced it. Worked the door and made tension adjustments. Time will tell but it is very quiet and smooth.
