Dylan did a great job. He listened to me about the problem that 3 other techs did not fix. He found a bent brace and replaced it. Worked the door and made tension adjustments. Time will tell but it is very quiet and smooth.

Newer house. Door was making noise. Tech said I needed new rollers and door adjustment. Sounded better for a few days but sounds worse than ever now, banging and clunking. Set up an appointment for someone to come back out. Tech was friendly enough but service was quite poor.
