The technician was very knowledgeable of the products used and very helpful in helping to complete a job that was abiut 90% complete. He took the time to explain the operation of remotes and keypads. I am very happy that I contacted Precision for my garage door work.

Called that morning and had someone out to my house by 2pm that afternoon. Nelson had everything fixed and ready to go in about an hour. He was very polite and did a great job explaining our options. DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE BESIDES PRECISION DOOR!!!!

I basically chose Precision Door from the yellow pages because of the free service consultation advertised. The appointment was made for the following day. Nelson called and was waiting on me when I arrived home. He diagnosed the problem, gave me three options to choose from and fixed the problem by installing a new strut. He was both courteous and helpful, answering all my questions. I will definitely use Precision Door again and will recommend them.
