PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF JACKSON

Spring broke on the garage door late in the afternoon. Called Precision and talked to representative who scheduled a technician at a convenient time the next morning. Next day the technician called and offered to come earlier which worked out great. The technician's name, picture and contact information was sent prior to the visit. Eric was professional, gave me my options, we agreed on a deal, he completed the project quickly and expertly and the door worked perfectly. I really appreciated the efficiency, communication. Very pleased with the process and cost was reasonable. Thanks

The Technician Cameron Coursey was very polite. He asked me what was going on with my garage, I explained to him what it was doing, so he begin to troubleshoot and check the garage door and then the motor. He found a couple of things that may have caused issues. He made some adjustments and some it the problem persist just call us a call.

I called Pricision at 10a.m.; the staff gave me a 2:00 p.m. appointment. At 11:30, the serviceman called saying he was "caught up" and could come early. He was here at 12:00 noon. He was courteous, upbeat, and accommodating in answering my questions, and remarkably in just a short time repaired the jammed garage door in a tight space, gingerly avoiding my car and other large objects which were inside the garage and restoring the door to excellent operating condition with no damage to my property, and he also voluntarily gave me some great tips on how to maintain the door for top operation -- all that at reasonable cost. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat without qualification.
