I changed to Precision because of poor service with my previous vendor. We were always not priority with them. Since we have started the relationship with Eric and Kris at precision i am always on the top of their list and Kris is a wonderful tech to work with. He now knows our plant and goes out of his way to service the expectations of what we need. He is prompt and works late to get the job done. They service all of our roll up's ,regular doors ect..

I called for service due to non-functioning remotes. I had a 10-12 appt window but they called early and were able to get someone here an Hour early. It was determined that due to the age of the unit a replacement board would be difficult to get and we decided to go with a new door opener. I am very pleased with the performance of the new unit and all of its features. I was extremely pleased with the technician that arrived. It was obvious he his business and didn’t try to pressure me into getting a new unit or picking a particular replacement. He gave me the options and I chose. He had the necessary equipment with him and within an hour he was done. I can’t ask for any better service than that. It really irritates me when a second trip is required although in this instance I could have understood it. The tech was a good man and I would want him to come back if I ever had another issue. But I feel that I will not due to the craftsmanship of his work. Thank you for the great service!

The Precision Team

I called Friday and Precision was able to come out Saturday morning to repair/replace the garage door opener system. Chris arrived right on time, was very quick to diagnose the problem and give me options to fix it. We ended up replacing the garage door opener system and Chris had it installed in no time. Chris was very pleasant to work with- nice young man! We will be using Precision again in the future.

I originally had planed to call overhead door but after reading the reviews I looked for another option. I came across Precision Door and decided after reading the reviews of them to try them. They were able to come out the next day and fixed one door but needed a part for the other. Got the part and were out the next day. Kris was very polite and has fixed the doors. They were not cheap but what is these days? I would actually rather pay a bit more and have the job done right though. I would give Kris and the company a 5 star today but if I find a problem will certainly keep you posted.
