Chris was great! Very knowledgeable about what was actually wrong & even though we thought we needed a whole motor, he knew exactly what we needed which saved us $$. That is a blessing when he could have easily just swapped out for a new motor.$ charged us the rate for changing out the motor. Will be using Chris again if we have another issue

The technicians called ahead of time as promised to let me know they were on the way and arrived on time. They installed a new, double-wide garage door and key pad. I also purchased two, additional remotes. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Once the job was complete they explained everything to me and made sure to answer any questions I had. The price was comparable to other local companies, however I decided to go with Precision Door of North MS. due to the many, wonderful online reviews. I am very pleased with my new door and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Customer service means a lot to me. These guys provided excellent service and a job well-done! Not to mention my new door looks so good!! Thank you!

I was VERY happy with how quickly Ben was able to come and work on my garage door. He knew immediately what the problem was and repaired it. Entire service call was less than 30 minutes. I can now feel more secure not only when I am at home but while I'm at work, not having to worry about if my garage opened by itself to possibly leave my home unsecured. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the quick response to my garage door not working. Aaron showed up way faster than expected and jumped right on the problems. He explained what was wrong, gave me options on what to do, then fixed it real fast. Had broken springs replaced and have everything else checked and repaired. WOW what service.
