Daray did a great job, arriving just before the start of the window (appreciated) and quickly diagnosing + repairing the problem. As he did the overall inspection of the door, he realized the opener was set incorrectly, making it much louder than necessary and corrected that problem too. The previous company to check our opener (the big red ribbon company in town) missed that completely.
