I scheduled service at 10pm on a Saturday night and Shelby, my technician, was on the job at 8:30am Sunday Morning. Great guy, immediately diagnosed the issue and recommended only necessary parts and service. Extremely happy with the entire experience, highly recommended and will be using Precision for all my service needs moving forward. I particularly appreciated the scheduling process and then receiving an email with the technician photos their bio’s, so helpful in being confident in the person doing the work. Great Job all around.
