Brett was patient with us as he explained what was wrong with our existing opener. And when gave us the options for a replacement. Then walked us through the initial setup and features and operation. I selected Precision Door based on all of the great reviews plus they were the only ones who documented Covid protocols on their website. I was able to chat with someone last night and book an appointment today. Patrick arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He examined my door and made sure I understood all of the issues. He offered several options and explained each in detail while answering all of my questions. When the installation of the new opener was complete, he made sure everything worked properly including the app on my phone and the outside controller. He cleaned up everything and left my garage as he found it. I would absolutely recommend them! Thanks Patrick!
