We had a key pad from our initial install that was not working. Matt was very customer and solution focused during his visit. He was running late due to another project, but I really appreciate that he was very communicative and kept me updated on the status of his arrival.

Very quick and prompt response. I called first thing in the morning and by early afternoon or problem was fixed. Our technician Andrew was very courteous, professional and even helped my husband reset his garage door opener. He was even able to get to our house earlier then we expected. We would highly recommend Precision!

I had a broken spring on my double garage door and I called Precision door to get the spring replaced. In less than 2 hours a repairman named Shawn was at my house to repair the door. Shawn was outstanding, very professional and did a great job. I have used Precision before when I had then install my openers. Outstanding company and I highly recommended them for any garage door work needed.

Our technician Adam Pellegrine tried the simple and least expensive possible solution first which we appreciated but in the end we ended up needing a new garage door opener to replace the old and outdated one we had. He had all the parts we needed and in a short while we were back to normal! ... and this one is so much quieter! Thanks Adam!
