He was professional and took the time to discuss all of the options to me in detail and was patient while I weighed the pros and cons of repair or replacement of the opener. I am very please with the outcome. One thing, when you purchase a garage door opener, the package typically comes with the keypad and 2 remotes. You provide only one remote and charge extra for the keypad and the 2nd remote. Your pricing is already twice the cost in the store, it would be nice if you included that keypad and 2nd remote in the package.
