My garage door had slipped off track on one side after the safety cable disengaged...called and got an appt. Kevin showed up at the scheduled time, let me know what was wrong and had it all back to functional in less that an hour. Highly recommend this business for any garage door issue, friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable pricing. My neighbors are also happy as I was able to get the riding mower out to cut my jungle down to size!

Not satisfied with the install. New garage door opener recommended, model, LiftMaster 8355W,along with 13 new rollers, however, installer seemed not well-versed with this system. Didn't appear to have the knowledge to adequately reprogram this opener in one of my vehicles--2009 Cadillac & he failed to install the safety sensors to comply with code. He simply stated I would need to reposition them to comply---if I ever sold this house. Not acceptable. I am seeking redress with customer service.

5 Stars. I went to the grocery store on Sunday morning, came home and the door would not open. Went inside and saw a spring was broken. Called Precision and got an appointment the same day. Jamey came out and did a great job. Explained what needed to be done and provided options.
