Quick and excellent service. Was able to make same day appointment within few hours. Technician went right to work and diagnosed the problem immediately. After a evaluation make some quick adjustments and stated no charge due to minor adjustment. I highly recommend this company as I was recommended by my neighbor who also had good service with Precision as well. I have recommended Precision to my friends as a result and will have them back if any other problems arise.

Better than I had hoped. The technician arrived and did a fantastic job of replacing my opener. He was very professional and had a great personality. This was the first time I had needed a garage door repair, and it was painless. I first had an appraisal over the summer when a spring broke for my garage door, Arnold came out to take a look and gave me estimates for each type of fix, from the smallest and cheapest to the more expensive and higher quality. I ended up having him come back months later, he still remembered me as a person and the remembered the specific problem I was having with my door. He had the door fixed in under an hour, a full upper rebuild. I loved that he explained every detail and he never made me feel bad for not knowing something. Overall, he was so pleasant and professional, I will specifically request him when I eventually get my other door refurbished through this company. I'll definitely be using Precision Door again!

All I can say is fantastic. Service, friendliness, knowledge, speed, what more can I say. He told us our options and left it up to us to make our own choice about fixing the problem and provided us with an estimate of the cost. I choose precision overhead garage door service because I saw their five star rating on Google. Then when I found out three of her taking a 10 year warranty on their work I was sold. No other company in Omaha does this and I have grown tired and weary of paying for a new spring on my garage door every 3 to 5 years with the tune of $200-$300. Their reviews are true and I confirm that! They do a great job and they were done in minutes they even greased up the wheels on my garage door.

Our door technician arrived within a few hours of us calling needing a repair. Eric got our door up and running quickly, installed new cables and even made it run quieter and the seal tighter when shut. We are very happy with the service we received and the 3 year warranty on our new cables. We will have them install a new door for us when we are ready.

Was surprised when a very friendly and professional lady answered the phone and said "we can take care of that this evening." Overpriced....and when people are desperate and the car is inside the garage we get shafted for the cost. A $200.00 opener becomes $500.00 when you see a mom trying to get to school to pick up her kids and the car is trapped inside the garage. I feel taken advantage of and would never recommend this company again.

Tech was very professional and friendly. Your prices are ridiculous and not being able to give a quote over the phone is less than ideal. It was a waste of two hours waiting at home to get a quote twice the price of every other company.
