Review:

My sister found your company. I received the call from Dylan in the correct time window. He was here with in a half hour. He asked what was going on. I said the door would go down to a point then back up. He looked it over and thought it may be the spring. So, he clamped off the door. Looked at the spring and said that was the problem. He unwound the spring. The door is new. The spring was set for a door 25 yrs. older and heavier. He loosened the spring. Did some spraying on the moving parts. Readjusted the door motor and checked the other one. Put it through its test and it all worked great. he was nice and told us about the door workings. He did a very good job.
