The pulley and cable snapped on my garage door Sunday so I sent an email to Precision and to my surprise they answered my message almost immediately ( and it was early on Sunday). I answered a few questions and set up an appointment for today . I got a text with a photo of the Technician and his name, who was Justin and he arrived on time . Justin took the time to discuss options to repair our door and the warranty on the parts. He did everything in an hour and sent an electronic copy of the invoice for my records. I would then highly recommended Precision Door to anyone.

Mike, the technician was fine but I was misled on the phone. I was told technicians come fully stocked ready for any repair. He didn’t have the necessary cable and I had to buy an entire unit. Much more costly than I expected. Felt a bit like a bait and switch which made me very uncomfortable.
