I was impressed by the amount of electronic support provided. The appointments were confirmed promptly by email. Several text messages announced the upcoming appointment and arrival of technicians. The trucks are new clean and shiny, the technicians pleasant polite and knowledgeable. Several repair options were offered and explained, the repairs carried out thoroughly and the billing accurate. Charges were not cheap, but service was top notch.

We installed the doors in 2016. We have had several problems with one including it slamming down on my car and scratching it. It has never worked properly since. For the past few weeks it has been intermittently working. I canceled an appointment last week because it was working again. I told the person on the phone that it worked on and off and would be calling again if it stopped working. 2 days later it won’t work. I wait until the weekend to be home for an appt and the technician comes and says it’s working. Well it didn’t work last night and it won’t work again soon. Hence the problem I called about. He charged me $70 for a service call and did nothings but say call back if it isn’t working again. He said I probably have a defective sensor but they won’t fix it unless he sees it not working. So do you think i just want to sit around on a Sunday morning waiting and pay money for nothing?

Our technician, Kevin, was very professional. He called to let me know he could be earlier than scheduled, which was great. He explained all of our options from just fixing the broken moving parts to replacing all parts and motors for both garage doors. We opted to just fix the one door for now but plan on having Kevin come back in the spring to replace both motors and the moving parts on the other garage door.
