Fabulous! Here within 3 hours, and had all that parts to fix our VERY OLD door, and it has a 5 year warranty now. We were expecting to have to buy 2 new doors, but Brandon took great care of us.

Your 'service performed' and 'new product' spaces below don't allow for all that was done. We had much more than just a repair, it included all that you have listed, but you don't allow more than one check, so your fault.

I want to thank Precision doors for their Quick response to come and fix my over head door which the spring that raises the door snapped in half trapping my two cars in the garage. Brandon the person that did the repair couldn’t been nicer very professional explained everything in detail what was to be done and pricing before starting.. First time dealing with Precision, our problem happened on a Sunday and was I able to reach and speak to a person immediately, next day some one was there to repair.

Awesome service. My wife texted me at 6:30 am saying the spring over her garage door had broken... luckily AFTER she pulled out to go to work. I went online, found Precision, looked at the many positive reviews, and thankfully found a “chat” button. Ashley responded (at 6:45 in the morning mind you, and we had an appointment set for 2 pm. They called 15 minutes prior, arrived at 2, replaced a spring and were on their way in less than 30 minutes. Awesome!!!!!

Replaced broken spring, and also replaced 2 other older springs, gears and a cable. Work was done with professionalism and experience Only thing that would have been better is if we received a senior discount as repair was costly considering we added some work for preventative maintenance

Your representative was courteous and knowledgeable. He called ahead and appeared promptly. He replaced the sensors for my Genie garaged door opener and was able to get an inoperative remote working. Please tell him that the opener is now working fine, even in direct sunlight. Replacing the sensors and swapping off their positions worked!
