This is the second time I have used Precision in 3 1/2 months. Both times I was amazed by how quickly I could get an appointment and how both times they quickly identified the problem. The first time I called them because our garage door would not open due to broken springs. Anthony Celluci came out and immediately assessed the problem and repaired it on the spot. This week was a whole other issue and this time it was Josh Danser who assessed the problem immediately and repaired it. Both of them and their assistants were friendly, mannerly, professional, competent and great representatives of this company.

Had new springs installed in November of 2022, I called on 5/26/23 to report an issue with the door. Anthony was here today 5/31/23 made a few adjustments now everything is working fine again.Anthony was great on time , polite and professional!!!! Thanks Mike R

Ryan, the guy sent out to fix my garage door was very Good & Courteous. It was a very minor fix, and I was only charged for a service call. My current garage door opener is now working fine, but when I need a new one in the future I’ll definitely be call Precision to come back.
