My garage door broke upon my arrival to my home. I had plans to go visit a friend that evening and did not want to leave with the garage door open, leaving the house accessible to anyone walking down the street. I called Precision because they advertised same day service. Brian arrived shortly after the time projected. He quickly was able to assess the situation, clearly explain the problem and outline a solution. The cost was agreed upon and he quickly and adeptly went to work. After making the repairs he was able to demonstrate that the door was working properly. Brian was kind, considerate, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Great service, from the initial call to the repair. Fast, friendly and courteous with tremendous customer focus. Bobby was awesome, diagnosed the issue and had everything to basically rebuild the door. Very happy and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I did something stupid and backed my car out of the garage with one of the back car doors open. I heard the crunch of metal. Yikes! I had completely bent the garage door track badly and all the pins came out as well. I called precision right away because I was impressed by their website and their claim that they could handle emergencies the same day and they came the same day and fixed it all back up like new in no time. The technician, Cody, was awesome. He even fixed some shoddy work that had been done by some other shoddy company a year ago. He showed up in a big professional van. All in all I was very impressed and I would highly recommend Precision.

I ordered a grate way for my garage doors installed. I received the gate way however your person was unable to install it. Upon review the gateway it was not compatible with my system. I am returning this product via mail for a full credit to my credit card . I would try you again,however this was not a good experience.

5 ... the problem was really a very simple fix but Brian took the time to "educate" me about how to connect and disconnect the door from the Genie. I appreciate that and wish I knew the mechanics before I called for service. I could have easily fixed the problem myself. I had a coupon which did reduce the cost, but still pretty pricey considering the 'fix' took 5 or 10 seconds.
