The repair tech Matt Chwirka was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The only reason you did not get a 5 star rating is that the item that needed to be replaced was under warranty so Service Item 1 and 3 should be covered at no cost to me.

Amazing experience with Precision. I had two companies give me estimates and Frankie with Precision was so professional and easy to work with. I got a much better price from them than I did from the other company and did not feel pressured at all to make a decision. Although the other company was able to match the estimate and beat it by a few bucks, I got an overall better experience with Frankie and Precision. Today, I had Frank install my new door and motor and he was professional, experienced, efficient, and really nice. I’m really happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Precision. I should mention that the person I scheduled with put me on the phone with the owner Gary to go over price, warranties, etc and I loved that! The warranty this company provides is better than others I researched and they seem very much willing to work with you and not take advantage of you. Thank you Gary, Frankie, Frank, and Karen in the office for a great experience and for making me feel at ease.

Thank you for coming out quickly. Matt did an excellent job and finished in 45 mins. My wife gave him a box of chocolates for his fine work. Precision installed my garage door years ago and did a great job. Today I went outside to water the plants and couldn’t get back into the garage as the battery had died in the key pad. They sent someone out who changed the battery and serviced the door. Professionals all the way…and so dependable! Thanks!.

I have a rental home in Albuquerque, NM and I live out of state. My tenant called and said the garage door came slaming down and she could not open it. I called Precision on a Saturday around noon and they had a tech out to repair the door on Sunday at 8 am. I had called several companies and did not get an answer and left messages even though it said they were open on the internet. The tech, Michael was very professional and courteous. Sent me a text with his picture when he was on his way and called me with three bids. One for minimum repair up to handeling full maintenance. I was very pleased with Precision.

I could not be more pleased with Precision service. James was very personable, capable and efficient. I appreciated the way he explained things to me; I felt that I had a choice in whether to purchase the more expensive, but longer term repair or to simply buy the minimum fix. I liked the way that James educated me, without exerting pressure to simply buy the most expensive things (which I ended up doing!). James also replaced the batteries in the remotes and put fresh lightbulbs into the light. He was very helpful and kind, a genuinely nice person.

I called on Saturday and was able to get a tech on Sunday with a two hour arrival window. Michael did arrive within the stated time window. I received a text with his picture and a little about him prior to his arrival. He inspected the door and gave me a repair estimate. After I agreed to the estimate, he went to work and within an hour the door was repaired. He cleaned up all the parts he replaced. I was able to use a credit card which he entered on his tablet. Michael was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Precision.

Tony is amazing! My garage door would not close all the way. It would close 1/4 of the way then go back up. I would get a message on the garage key pad saying temporarily cannot close (or something to that affect). Tony came back and fixed the issue by rewiring the garage door sensors. It worked! My door is perfect now! THANKS TONY!!
