Gary, Tony and Cat did an excellent job providing garage door maintenance, replacement of springs, cables, rollers, and seals and installed a garage door opener. We have two 14 foot x 14 foot insulated sectional garage doors. The garage doors are large and heavy. The doors were installed 14 years ago and it was past time for maintenance work to be done. Precision was the only garage door company out of four that returned my phone call. They have been professional, timely and keep appointments. Precision exceeded my expectations. We have used Precision Garage Door when we first moved into our new house to install a garage door opener on our cart garage. We were very satisfied with the work done by Precision. So after several years in our house the gasket around the main garage door and that around the cart garage started to crack and bend. We turned to Precision for consult and possible repairs. Prior to the tech coming to the house Precision sent a picture and bio of who we should except. Lorenzo was excellent, we he replaced the gaskets of both doors and replaced the spring on the main door. I Highly Recommend Precision Garage Doors.

I was very impressed with Precision Garage Door. On the morning of December 23rd, the day before Christmas Eve, my garage door spring broke. I’m upset because I thought that I could never get someone here to fix it before the holiday. I called Precision Garage Door, they said they could have someone out today between 12-2. Wow! I didn’t think that would happen. Tony called me about 11:30 to let me know he was on his way. Tony showed up and evaluated the situation. He was very courteous and professional. He explained what needed to be done. I was very pleased with the customer service and the quick response. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who needs garage repair.

Your repairman came right at 8 am and called in advance. I was shocked as no repairman ever comes at the beginning of the window (8-10 am in this case), especially to Rio Rancho from Albuquerque. He did a fine job in explaining it to me and efficiently going about it. So glad I could get this done on Thanksgiving weekend. No longer have to worry about going to bed at night with an open garage door

My usual garage door service was swamped, so I looked around for another with a good rep, and found Precision. My very flimsy garage door had been badly damaged by its opener. The top panel was buckled in the middle with a bad crease across the top edge. Joe was out that afternoon and offered three approaches to the problem -- repair and reinforce the existing panel, replace and reinforce a new panel, and install a new door. Since the door looked fine overall, I chose a repair. Since a new panel wouldn't be in town for 6 weeks, I chose to repair the existing panel. I was worried it would look abused when finished, but it really looks just fine, and Joe added reinforcement to weak areas so this should not happen again. I could not be happier with the appearance and final result of Joe's work.

Okay the install went as planned.
