Website provided information on type of openers/drives and pros/cons of each. This helped me decide how to go. Also was able to promptly schedule an appointment. Tech (Mike) listened to concerns I had with existing opener; reviewed available replacement options, and installation was quick and very efficient. Mike explained options for remote, e.g. lights, motion detector, timer, holds, etc. Highly recommend.

I am giving one star because the technician was here for 1/2 hour and changed us $170.00. He replaced a couple of wires and recalibrated the garage door mechanism! I feel this is a ridiculous amount of money considering the only materials he used were a couple of wires!!! They charge $90/hr, he was here 1/2 hour, that is $45. You are telling me the wires cost over $100?? I think we got taken!! Very sad!!! Poor business!!!
