We chose Precision Overhead because of their great reviews. We were not disappointed. Brian B was polite, knowledgeable and explained many options we had despite our very old system (40 years plus). He came prepared to do the work we wanted at this very first service call. We will have him back in a couple of weeks to do the other garage door. We had a great experience from beginning to end… both communication and service. Door broke at 7pm.. made an appointment online that same night.. there was a technician at our house the next morning. Our garage door opener malfunctioned and we noticed that a cable had snapped. We called Precision Door to repair it and we are very happy that we did! We hadn't previously done business with them but, after reading online reviews we decided to contact them. After we scheduled an appointment Precision Door kept in touch with us regarding the timing of the repair and when to expect the technician. We were fortunate to have Isaac Ward as our technician. Isaac was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He offered us a number of repair options and explained what was involved and the cost. He completed the project quickly and much to our satisfaction. We can't recommend Isaac enough! He is an asset to Precision Door and, if we need repairs in the future, we will request Isaac. The technician was excellent. However, what you charged was not! It was a complete rip-off! I wanted 2 extension springs replaced. The technician told me that it would cost $800!!! Seriously are your extension springs made out of gold? I said absolutely not! So he called you and then the new price was $400!!! Was I supposed to feel better that you started with a bogus price of $800 and then miraculously cut the price in half?? Shame on you and Precision for taking advantage of senior citizens on fixed incomes!! Very disgraceful and you should be ashamed of yourself!
