Whenever I call them, I get an appointment immediately. When I first bought my house 20 years ago, I had used another agency....very disappointed. With Precision, I get only the best service. I was very satisfied with the prompt response to my broken garage door. The technicians were polite and professional. I had the fortunate pleasure of Ron performing the repair on my broken door spring. I received a call about 10 minutes before he arrived and a text with his photo (which is great for the security of customers). He performed the repair, lubricated, inspected and tested all of the functional parts of the door. In about 20 minutes the door was fixed and I was paying the bill. This was great experience from a customer perspective and the cost was reasonable for this repair.

I have used Precision Door for years! In February 2021 I had a new garage door installed my technician Felix was great!! Five months later I called to have a few things adjusted and again Felix was my technician. He went above and beyond. His professionalism and customer service are second to none! Even though Precision didn't install original door I called them for multiple repairs. All of the repair guys were great. When I saved up enough to get a new door of course I called Precision Door. Great choice for me and can't stop smiling when I look at it. Thank you for making me happy.
